Our AC went out two days ago and we had Carter & Sons HVAC out to assess our issue today. The “tech” said we needed to replace EVERYTHING. So I called Shaw (Richard) and he came out same day. After 5 mins of diagnosing, Richard told me we DID NOT need to replace everything. Richard proceeded to troubleshoot several different areas and discovered a few lose wires. Once Richard tightened the wires, and reset the unit, everything switched back on. Richard saved us $6000 and we are forever grateful. Thank you! read less
