ABOUT RICHARD SHAW

Meet our founder and owner, Richard Shaw. He and his team have years of experience in the HVAC industry. Richard is NATE Certified in service and installation for air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces. Richard started in the HVAC industry as an entry-level Customer Service Representative in a small but fast-growing company, called Air Pros, LLC, in South Florida. He blew away his superiors with his exceptional work ethic and dedication and slowly made his way up the ladder.

Richard had learned the industry so well, and customers loved him so much. Because of this, He was relocated to Dallas/Fort Worth to work at the first newly acquired location out of the state of Florida, where he stayed for a year and ran operations and, at the same time, learned hands-on in the field. He was then relocated to Atlanta to build a foundation from scratch, acting as General Manager, Lead sales manager, and install coordinator. He succeeded at every obstacle and position thrown at him and in his time at Air Pros, LLC he helped them to grow nationwide with his exemplary focus on customer service.
